CapWise Commercial Advisors, Inc. is pleased to have represented a long-time client in a multi-property, multi-state 1031 exchange. The client was able to consolidate proceeds from the sale of two management intensive auto-related assets in Sacramento and diversify their portfolio into a passive dental asset in a tax friendly state. To allow the seller to exchange into more passive real estate, better credit tenancy, and new construction, we tied the sale of both auto-related assets to one another, and CapWise worked diligently with all partied to monitor the due diligence and closing timelines. Both deals closed simultaneously, and the seller was able to focus on their replacement property. Lastly to help ensure a smooth transaction for both buyer and seller, CapWise represented one of the purchasers in securing debt for their acquisition.
