With a passion for service, Ben formed CapWise Commercial Advisors, Inc. to deliver superior value to clients. With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Ben knows every stage of the investment lifecycle. Count on his personal attention as he carefully tailors strategies around your investment goals and objectives.
As an advisor at both national and regional real estate consulting firms, Ben has worked with a wide range of institutions and private companies, providing services including debt and equity placement, single asset and portfolio valuation, property management, leasing and sales. He has also managed private funds with diversified holdings in Northern California.
When he’s not working, Ben enjoys backpacking through the high country of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with his three children, coaching multiple sports (softball, baseball, soccer, and basketball), and attending Rotary Club meetings. He has also taken to archery and is pleased to report he loses fewer arrows than golf balls…
